Organic sweet potatoes are not only fiber-rich, but they’re also loaded with carotenoids, vitamin E, potassium and copper.  Toasted organic pecans and walnuts sprinkled throughout give each soft, cinnamon- and nutmeg-filled bite the perfect, complementary texture.  Drizzled with organic honey and individually wrapped to preserve freshness, these muffins are the ultimate filling, fit food.

LIFETIME: EKG Project’s Paleo Sweet Potato Muffins last approximately 8 days wrapped/sealed, in a refrigerator from the date of baking.  You can also store them in a freezer (in a freezer bag) to enjoy at a later date (within 3 months), but please note freezing may cause a change in consistency and/or taste.
